Tri County Human Services – Agape House is a transitional facility that is part of the continuum of substance use recovery programs offered by the Tri County Human Services network. This 10-bed residential center provides structured care specifically for women in the early stages of addiction recovery.Key Features of Agape House: Transitional Care: Designed for women who have completed higher-intensity treatment, Agape House offers a supportive environment to help them build essential recovery life skills as they transition back into independent living. Counseling and Skill Development: While residing at Agape House, clients participate in both individual and group counseling sessions. Developing life skills and daily living skills, such as health communication, stress management, and problem-solving.
