Last year, CSS served nearly 5,000 clients, delivering life-changing services.Our Work: Recovery Model: CSS embraces a recovery-oriented approach by partnering with clients to assess their strengths, needs, abilities, and preferences. Recovery is seen as a continuous process of empowerment, enabling individuals to lead fulfilling and contributing lives. Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC): CSS operates as a CCBHC, offering comprehensive and coordinated care for individuals with mental health and substance use disorders, regardless of their ability to pay, place of residence, or age. This model emphasizes: Recovery and wellness Trauma-informed care Integration of physical and behavioral health Accreditation: CSS’s programs are accredited by CARF, an independent nonprofit organization that promotes quality and valuable services, enhancing the lives of those served.Fees and Payment: Financial Intake: New clients must complete a financial intake during their first visit to ensure accurate insurance and billing information and to determine eligibility for the Sliding Fee Schedule. An annual Financial Update will also be conducted. Accessibility: CSS is dedicated to providing quality treatment to everyone, regardless of their ability to pay. They accept various insurance options, including: Medicaid Medicare MyCare Ohio Some commercial insurances Service Details: Medical Services: CSS does not deny services based on ability to pay. A sliding fee schedule is available based on family size and income. Behavioral Health Services: Clients may be eligible for funding from the Summit County ADM Board if they meet eligibility requirements. For those without insurance, a sliding fee schedule is also available.
