This facility provides specialized residential addiction treatment services specifically for adult women.Key Features of AWARE: Residential Treatment Services: AWARE offers a supportive residential treatment program tailored to the unique challenges women face in addiction recovery. The facility includes 15 residential beds and 15 halfway house beds, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment. Halfway House: The program also serves as a halfway house for women who need a sober place to stay before reintegrating into society, helping them transition back into everyday life. Mother Infant Program: AWARE features a special Mother Infant Program that allows new mothers to keep their babies with them while they live on-site and attend treatment, promoting a nurturing environment for both mothers and children. Therapeutic Environment: The center is designed to help women heal in a comfortable setting, addressing social stigmas and judgments that may hinder their recovery journey. Counseling and Support: Residents participate in individual and group counseling sessions led by trained counselors utilizing evidence-based approaches to foster conversation, growth, and healing. Clients are required to stay in the residential program for at least eight weeks, with options to extend their stay in the halfway house for an additional three months. Women in the Mother Infant Program typically stay between six months and a year. Unique Accommodations: The facility features 11 different suites, each designed around a specific country, such as China, France, or India. This unique aspect helps residents connect with each other and fosters a sense of community.
