The Coleman Institute’s unique rapid detox programs have helped thousands of people free themselves from the effects of addiction to Opioids, Suboxone, Methadone and Alcohol. More importantly, our detox program—which includes Naltrexone therapy—has helped many of our patients move beyond their addictions.

Our Richmond office is company owned and run by our founder, Peter R. Coleman, MD. All other medical offices except Boston and Fair Lawn are independently owned and operated. Located in Central Virginia at the crossroads of I-95 and 64, we are about 1.5 hours from Washington, D.C. and 1.5 hours from Virginia Beach.
