: Regional Mental Health Center maintains special services for deaf and hard of hearing clients who may be in need of outpatient mental health or gambling services. This service is provided by Lisa Ogut, a master’s trained clinician based at the Highland outpatient office. Using American Sign Language (ASL) with deaf clients, she provides: outpatient services, outpatient gambling services, and interpretation services for the psychiatrist if needed.
