About This Rehab

One unique aspect of Kolmac Outpatient Recovery Centers is our outpatient, measurement-based approach to drug and alcohol treatment. The inpatient model provides treatment in a setting that removes the patient from their daily life, job and family. However, Kolmac allows patients to live at home and keep working during treatment and recovery.

In 1973, George Kolodner MD, our Chief Innovation Officer, designed the first intensive outpatient (IOP) program in the United States. Kolmac has implemented his highly effective approach to help more than 30,000 patients recover from alcohol and drug addiction.
