HIV/AIDS program
: Drug use and risk behaviors associated with crack and other drugs are putting men, women and adolescents at increased risk for contracting and transmitting HIV. SHOUT Outreach is funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The SHOUT Outreach staff conducts educational curriculums, presentations and prevention programs within: schools, churches, community agencies, adult groups or organizations, youth groups, colleges, substance abuse treatment facilities, and the SHOUT office.
