HIV/AIDS program
: Shout Outreach is a response to HIV/AIDS affecting their community members. Shout Outreach is committed to reducing the spread of HIV in their community through educational programs using Diffusion for Effective Behavior Intervention (DEBI). Shout provides confidential HIV testing that is free of charge.
Postpartum program
: Babies First program is a case management service. The program is designed to help pregnant women and postpartum women who are at risk of using drugs and/or alcohol remain sober. Women receive help in discussing recovery concerns, learning coping skills, and development of basic parenting skills. This service is free of charge.
