About This Rehab
Mission and Philosophy
De Paul works with individuals, families and communities to create freedom from addiction.
De Paul Treatment Centers provides chemical dependency treatment services to men, women, youth and families. More than 40,000 people have been served by the agency since its incorporation as an independent non-profit in 1977. We are CARF accredited, one of the highest accreditations a substance abuse treatment facility can receive.
Treatment at De Paul is based on the belief that chemical dependency develops within the context of an individual’s heredity and environment. We view addiction as a complex, chronic and treatable illness. We believe that all individuals have within them innate health and the capacity to recover.
De Paul uses comprehensive, multi-disciplinary, culturally appropriate and evidence-based practices that address the needs of the whole person, family and community. We support participation in groups such as the Anonymous fellowships that provide inspiration and hope.
We respect the dignity and recognize the uniqueness of each individual and the need for individualized treatment. We utilize all available community resources and work collaboratively to support the ongoing recovery of our clients. Our treatment services are individualized, comprehensive and utilize evidence-based best practices in an integrated approach.
